Edyta Torpy is a Diversity and Inclusion specialist whose focus is working with executives and decision makers in developing their ability to attract, manage and develop diverse talent through inclusive work practices in order to help individuals reach their full potential and drive better business outcomes. Edyta has worked with EY and the Commonwealth Bank in senior Diversity & Inclusion roles and she has been instrumental in the development of the EY Women in Leadership thought leadership series which threw down a challenge to organisations, business leaders and governments to identify, nurture and promote female talent.
I believe that Diversity and Inclusion is not only a social justice issue, but a leadership opportunity and a business strategy which empowers individuals, nurtures innovation and provides organisations with the best business outcomes possible.
Edyta’s work has been instrumental in launching new approaches to flexible work practices, bias free people processes and focusing on the alleviation of barriers which stop women and minority groups from succeeding in the corporate environment.
