Optimiss Consulting
Gender balance in business is a major issue globally. Research shows that gender balance in companies makes good business sense. An ageing population and skills shortages mean that companies can only maintain competitiveness if they close the gap between men and women in their workforce.
Optimiss Consulting helps firms increase the number of women in their organisation. We do this by focusing on strategies to retain, promote and attract female talent in an organisation. Optimiss offers its clients a ground-breaking gender equality assessment tool that enables large organisations to diagnose the current state of gender equality in their firm and to work on best practice improvements across equal pay, recruitment and promotion, training and mentoring, work-life balance and company culture.
We help you build a vision and path with key stakeholders to improve your company’s culture, policy and leadership and generate collective energy for change.
We focus on increasing the numbers of women in senior managerial roles in businesses and improving the pipeline of women managers and directors ready to move to the next level of their career.
