New solutions to optimise women in business

Why Optimiss Consulting

Extensive research from highly reputable sources such as McKinsey, Bain & Co and Goldman Sachs have established a powerful business case for gender equity in the senior ranks of our organisations.

The research states that companies can only maintain competitiveness if they can attract the very best people and to cast their net as widely as possible, they must be able to attract the best women.

Optimiss Consulting has worked with leading companies to successfully help them attract outstanding female executives. Just as importantly, we show our clients how to develop and promote their female talent up through the ranks of their organisations. We also assist our clients to ‘poach-proof’ their senior women from competitors. Many companies not interested in true gender equity are looking for short cuts to window dress their gender efforts so don’t let that be you. Such organisations have poor retention rates of female talent and their reputations suffer.

Today’s global business environment is faster and more complex than ever before and to stay on top, possessing a diversity of intellect and experience is vital. Female representation at all levels of your organisation is the key to gaining a competitive advantage.

How Optimiss Consulting can help you

Optimiss will work with your organisation to fully assess your existing gender equality practices against current best practice. We will identify your gaps, strengths and challenges and tailor a plan for how your organisation can achieve improvements across equal pay, recruitment and promotion, training and mentoring to suit your resources and budget.

Optimiss is also experienced in helping our clients build a vision and path with their key stakeholders to improve their company’s culture and to re-shape policy and leadership. We will help you foster collaboration with all key decision makers in your organisation so you can generate a collective energy for change.

We focus on increasing the numbers of women in senior managerial roles in businesses and improving the pipeline of women managers and directors ready to move to the next level of their career.
