Optimiss Consulting
Gender balance in business is a major issue globally. In the Australian corporate governance space new gender diversity guidelines and practices have been introduced and recent discrimination and harassment lawsuits have highlighted the risk for business of not developing and implementing a culture that supports women in the workplace.
Optimiss Consulting helps firms increase the number of women in their organisation. We do this by focusing on the recruitment of female talent and targeted retention strategies to keep senior women in your firm.
We help you build a vision and path with key stakeholders to improve your company’s culture, policy and leadership and generate collective energy for change.
We focus on increasing the numbers of women in senior managerial roles in Australian businesses and improving the pipeline of women managers and directors ready to move to the next level of their career.
